prince William County First-Time Homebuyer (FTHB) Program

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classes and appointments
are being conducted virtually.  

Note: To be placed on the First-Time Homebuyer Program Eligibility list, all persons included on the loan application need to complete the following:

  • Smart Money Management (SMM) - Tuesday evenings 7 - 9 p.m. 
  • 2-Hour Personal Financial Assessment - by appointment only
  • Homeownership Seminar (HOS) - Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
