Note: To be placed on the First-Time Homebuyer Program Eligibility list, all persons included on the loan application need to complete the following:
- Smart Money Management (SMM) - Tuesday evenings 7 - 9 p.m.
- 2-Hour Personal Financial Assessment - by appointment only
- Homeownership Seminar (HOS) - Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
