Use the Occoquan – Lake Ridge Exit # 160; take Gordon Boulevard / Route 123 North to the second signal; turn left on Old Bridge Road and continue on Old Bridge and Prince William Parkway 6.4 miles; turn right at the James J. McCoart Administration Building. The Development Services Building is directly behind the James J. McCoart Administration Building at 5 County Complex Court.
Via I-95 from the South:
Use the Dale City Exit # 156; take Dale Boulevard West 4.1 miles to the signal at Hillendale Drive; turn right on Hillendale Drive and continue 1.0 miles to the intersection of Prince William Parkway; turn Left on Prince William Parkway and travel .4 miles to the next signal and turn left; continue west on Prince William Parkway 1.0 miles; turn right at the James J. McCoart Administration Building. The Development Services Building is directly behind the James J. McCoart Administration Building at 5 County Complex Court.
Via Interstate 66 from the East:
Use the Manassas/Dumfries Exit # 44; take Route 234 South towards Dumfries for 13.5 miles; Turn left onto Hoadly Road; continue on Hoadly Road for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Prince William Parkway (Route 3000 South). Continue .5 mile and turn left at the James J. McCoart Administration Building. The Development Services Building is directly behind the James J. McCoart Administration Building at 5 County Complex Court.
