Limited Service Repair Permit Program
Page Content
The Limited Service/Repair Permit Program is designed to facilitate the permitting and inspection of small residential work.
Please review the
Limited Service and Repair Permit Application (Residential)
to review the items that are eligible for the Program.
The
Building Development Fee Schedule
minimizes the fee by charging the minimum fee for the first item and a nominal fee for each additional item.
For work that does not involve the natural gas, oil or propane, the Program allows for a Master Tradesman to complete the
Limited Service Permit Certification of Compliance
in lieu of the County conducting an inspection, which prevents the homeowner from having to stay home for the inspection.
However, if the homeowner has any concerns with the contractor’s work, a County inspection can be scheduled.
