Office On Youth

Office On Youth Mission

The Prince William County Office On Youth is funded by the Prince William Board of County Supervisors, by fees, and by state grants. The Office On Youth promotes and encourages positive youth development by offering youth, youth-serving professionals, interested citizens, and community groups information, activities, resources, and programs on issues important to and relevant to youth. The Office enhances the economic stability of County families by offering both affordable and accessible high quality, developmentally appropriate childcare at County elementary schools before and after school, during school breaks and throughout the summer.

  Youth Services Policy Statement

Children and youth are a resource deserving of preservation and protection. They are critical to community development and to the future. Prince William recognizes that young people are a part of the development of prosperity and the superior quality of life in our community.
