Battersby Duo: Books Alive! A mixture of high-energy “bee” bop, dollops of doo-wop and buckets of laughter are the backdrop for this incredible concert. This award-winning duo has appeared at The Kennedy Center, the White House, and Wolf Trap. They have also appeared on TV shows on PBS, CBS, ABC, and NBC. They are the winners of 3 Parents’ Choice Awards and an Emmy. Wednesday, August 5 at 10:30 a.m. For all ages. Free tickets available beginning July 29. |

Science The scientific method has been used for hundreds of years to solve problems and investigate new ideas. In this show, the students explore the scientific process to discover why people do science and how it has been used to create dynamic inventions.
