first time user graphicFirst Time User Registration for Interlibrary Loan

To request an item through Interlibrary Loan, you must first register in ILLiad. Your ILLiad record is not linked to your Prince William Public Library System library record. Should you need to update your personal information, changes must be made in both ILLiad and your library record.

Register in ILLiad Now

During registration, you will be asked to enter your Last Name,First Name (this is your User Name) and to create a Password. You will use this User Name and Password when logging on to ILLiad in the future.

Password

Password is case sensitive. The minimum number of characters is 6 and the maximum is 12, and can be any combination of letters and numbers. (example: 1bigBarn)

Choose anything you like. We recommend that you follow good security practice and choose a password that is different from those you use to access other systems. ILLiad will encrypt your password, so it will remain secure. Only you will know your password.
 

Password Hint

You will be prompted to enter a password hint that will display in the event you have lost or forgotten your password.
