Note: To be placed on the First-Time Homebuyer Program Eligibility list, all persons included on the loan application need to complete the following:


 

  1. Smart Money Management (SMM) - Tuesday evenings 7-9pm 
  2. Two-Hour Personal Financial Assessment - by appointment please
