Note: To be placed on the First Time Homebuyer Program Eligibility list, all persons included on the loan application need to complete the following:
- Smart Money Management (SMM) - Tuesdays (7pm - 9pm)
- Two-Hour Personal Financial Assessment (FA) - Thursdays (by appointment only)

VIDA – The Virginia Individual Development Account Savings Program
The Virginia Individual Development Account (VIDA) program is for individuals or families saving for a down payment on a home, business equipment for their small business or post-secondary education tuition payments. Eligible participants receive training, and $2- $8 in match funds for every $1 the participant saves. That's up to $4,000 in matching funds to put toward education, homeownership or your small business.
