Programs for Homeless Households

   Coordinated Entry System (CES) is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access. The CES team will quickly identify, assess, refer, and connect households to resources based on their strengths and needs. Through this process, people experiencing homelessness can access the crisis response system, in a streamlined way by contacting one telephone number.

CES hours of operation are 7 days a week 9:00am-9:00pm

Emergency Shelter

Emergency Shelter is a short term shelter option for households without any other housing resource or supports.  All shelter referrals are made through the CES by contacting 703-792-3366.

Rapid Re-Housing

Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) is a set of strategies that permanently houses individuals and families as quickly as possible.  Households must meet the eligibility criteria in order to access this service. All RRH referrals are made through the CES by contacting 703-792-3366.

Permanent Supportive

The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is designed to provide ongoing rental subsidy and supportive services for persons with a long term disability.  Households must meet the eligibility criteria in order to access this service. All PSH referrals are made through the CES by contacting 703-792-3366.
