Child IDs

Sheriff Glendell Hill provides a service to the citizens in Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park in an effort to protect their children. The “IDENT-A-CHILD” program is a service in which deputies, civilian employees and agency volunteers produce a child identification card.  The card contains a photo I.D. and information such as height, weight, hair color, eye color, etc., so parents will have vital information readily available to assist authorities in searching for their child should he or she become lost.  A parent or guardian must be present and sign an authorization prior to the identification card being produced.  These cards are an information tool only and are not a legal form of identification.

The identification cards are not an official form of identification (for legal transactions).
