Please fill out the information below and return to Prince William County Neighborhood Services Division (see address, email, and fax below). Space is limited for all sessions so registration will close when filled and registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. The registration fee of $25 includes conference materials, refreshments and lunch.
 
The pre-registration deadline is Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014. Walk-Ins will be welcomed on the day of the event for a fee of $35.
