  Rippon Lodge Historic Site

$500 Security Deposit

$1200 per five-hour period for up to 100 guests

$1600 per five-hour period for 101 to 200 guests

Rehearsals:  $150 per hour or fraction of hour.  All rehearsals must end by 5 p.m.  

With stunning views of the Potomac River the vast lawn and outdoor garden set a memorable stage for larger events.

Rippon Lodge is an outdoor venue only. Tent space can accommodate 150-200 people. Events may be set up on site to use the lodge or the river views as a backdrop.   

Union Church at Brenstville Historic Centre

Nestled in the heart of historic Brentsville the 1870’s Union Church is perfect for small intimate weddings and services. 

Union Church can accommodate 90 people and is available year round. The grounds are available for rent for receptions and/or ceremonies. Tent space is located behind the school house.

  $500 per two-hour period

  $850 per four-hour period

Located in the historic City of Manassas, the 1892 Courthouse offers a convenient and ideal venue for personal and business events of all kinds. 

The Old Manassas Courthouse can accommodate 100 people. Tables and chairs are available for use. 

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Security deposits will be refunded after your event provided no damage occurs to the site. Deposits are not figured into final rental fee, they are an additional fee. 
2. Tents and music are permitted at Rippon Lodge and Union Church at Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre. 
3. Alcohol is permitted at all sites with proper permits. 
4. Catering may be done by a caterer of your choice. 
5. Tours of Rippon Lodge Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre and Ben Lomond may be arranged for guests on the day of your event with advanced notification and an additional fee.
6. The Historic Preservation Division does not provide tents. Tents can be rented from a tent vendor of your choosing. 
7. All set-up and take down must be done by the renter or their vendors and must be done within the contracted rental time. 
8. A Historic Preservation Division staff member will be on site during your rental.
