Outdoor Music License
It is unlawful for any person to stage, promote, or conduct any musical or entertainment festival in Prince William County without first obtaining the proper temporary activity permit.

A festival is defined as any gathering of groups, or individuals, in excess of 25 persons for the purpose of listening to, or participating in, entertainment which consists primarily of musical renditions in open spaces on private property not within an enclosed structure.
