How Do I Pay/Contest a Parking Ticket?  

If you have received a parking ticket, you must do one of the following within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the citation:

 1. Pay the fine in person at one of the following locations:
  • Taxpayer Services, James J. McCoart Administration Building, 1 County Complex Court, Prince William, VA 22192 (Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., excluding holidays).
  • Prince William County Police Licensing Unit, 8406 Kao Circle, Manassas, VA 20110 (Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 and 11:30 a.m., and between the hours of 1 and 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays).
 
2. Pay the fine by mailing the citation, along with a check or money order payable to PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, to Citation Processing Center, Prince William County, P.O. Box 3214, Milwaukee, WI 53201.

DO NOT SEND CASH. Put the citation number on the memo line of your check or money order.

3. Pay the fine online.  To pay online, click Pay Parking Ticket

4. To pay the citation by phone, or other payment information, please call 888-266-1393.

5. To contest the parking citation and schedule a court date, you must appear in person at one of the following locations to obtain a court date and file the necessary paperwork:

  • Eastern District Police Station (Gar-Field), 15948 Donald Curtis Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191
  • Western District Police Station (Paul T. White), 8900 Freedom Center Boulevard, Manassas, VA 20109
  • Office of the Chief of Police, James J. McCoart Administration Building, 1 County Complex Court, Prince William, VA 22192

 

Failure to pay or contest the citation within thirty (30) days of the issue date will result in additional penalties. If you have unpaid parking citations your vehicle may be towed and impounded, or renewal of your vehicle registration may be refused.
