Daily Incident Report for Tuesday, May 14, 2019
Residential Burglary – On May 13 at 9:15PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3000 block of Adams St. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00PM and 9:30PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through an unsecured rear window. A gaming console including controllers and video games were reported missing.  
Aggravated Sexual Battery | Forcible Sodomy – On May 6, detectives with the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at multiple residences within Prince William County between January 2014 and December 2018. The investigation revealed the victim, a 15-year-old male, was sexually assaulted on multiple occasions by a family acquaintance, identified as the accused. The victim recently disclosed the incident prompting the investigation. On May 13, following the investigation, the accused, identified as Thomas D'arcy MILLARD, was taken into custody without incident.

Strong-Armed Robbery – On March 12, detectives with the Property Crimes Unit assumed an investigation into a strong-armed robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Shell service station located at 7110 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) on March 11 at approximately 8:30PM.  The investigation revealed an unknown male, later identified as the accused, entered the business to ask for change from the clerk. When the clerk opened the cash register, the accused reached over the counter and attempted to grab money from the register. The employee tried to stop the accused and a brief struggle ensued. The accused was able to take some money before fleeing the store on foot. During the investigation, information was received regarding the identity of the accused. On April 19, following the investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for the accused, identified as Marvin Lorenzo FAREWELL. The accused turned himself in to police on May 12 without incident.
