Daily Incident Report for Thursday, March 14, 2019
INCIDENTS

Residential Burglary – On March 13 at 9:10AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 13000 block of Hedgewood Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the home reported to police that sometime between 6:00AM on February 13 and 9:00AM on February 14, medication was taken from her residence. The investigation revealed no signs of forced entry. The victim recently reported the incident to police.

ARRESTS​
Abduction – On March 13 at 12:24PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2000 block of Twin Six Ln. in Dumfries (22191) for the report of an individual acting disorderly. The victim, a 20-year-old male, reported to police that while driving in the Lorton area of Fairfax County, the accused stepped in front of his vehicle causing the victim to abruptly stop. The accused then entered the victim's vehicle and placed something to the back of his head while demanding the victim to drive to the residence on Twin Six Ln to confront a resident at that home. The accused threatened the victim with bodily harm if he did not comply. While at the residence, the accused became disorderly which prompted a call to Prince William County police. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Riaz Ahmad NOORY, was arrested without incident. The victim and the accused are known to one another. No injuries were reported.

Charged with abduction and disorderly conduct
