The Criminal Justice Academy, under the direction of Captain E.J. Barnhart, is responsible for all basic, in-service and leadership criminal-justice training for the Prince William County Police Department and the Prince William County Sheriff's Office.
The Academy has been a CALEA-accredited public safety training academy since 2009.
How are we doing?
To keep lines of communication open between the Academy and its participating agencies this survey of Academy services is provided for your feedback.
The survey focuses on overall Academy performance; competence attitudes and behavior of Academy staff; and recommendations and suggestions for improvement. It complements the annual satisfaction surveys regarding basic and in-service training as well as our ongoing course evaluations.
