The Director of Planning and the Director of Development Services, or their designees, act as Co-Chairs to the Development Ordinance Review Advisory Committee with the Director of Planning, or designee, chairing the committee when discussing Zoning Ordinance Amendments, and the Director of Development Services, or designee, chairing the committee when discussing DCSM amendments.

Staff liaisons for the committee are Oscar Guzman, Land Development Division Chief, 703-792-7071, from the Department of Development Services, and Nick Evers, Zoning Administrator, 703-792-6861, from the Planning Office Zoning Administration Division.
