The water level of Silver Lake has been lowered to enable the first phase of structural work on the dam.
We anticipate this work to be concluded by late spring/early summer, at which time the water level will be returned to normal for seasonal recreation.

No motorized boat use permitted.
Four miles of multipurpose trails shared by equestrians and hikers.
Picnic areas with tables and permanent grills (personal grills not permitted).

There are no trash cans at Silver Lake. Our "trash in, trash out” policy means that whatever you bring into the park, you are responsible for bringing back out with you. Let’s keep our park clean and trash-free!
