GRAVITY PILATES: Up for a different pilates experience? Try machine work, such as Gravity pilates, only at Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center! By using an incline machine, instructors show students how to achieve maximum resistance benefits and ease other joint issues in the process.
REFORMER APPARATUS: Our level I & II classes focus on the pilates traditional approach with 4-in-1 exercise system using Allegro Reformer, Tower of Power, mats and stations.
SPECIALTY PILATES: Whether you want to maintain your flexibility and strength during pregnancy* or post-rehab training, our carefully formulated program guides participants through a series of controlled exercises for optimal wellness.
