​Mission Statement

  • Interpret federal statutes, executive orders, state laws, regulations and ordinances
  • Write County policies, procedures, and plans governing equal opportunity, diversity and affirmative action initiatives
  • Provide EEO counseling and mediation
  • Provide strategic enforcement of all compliance regulations
  • Conduct program analysis
  • Perform EEO audit
  • Conduct internal EEO investigations
  • Provide proactive education and outreach programs for all County employees
  • Conduct diversity management training for all employees, supervisors, managers and directors
