Donating Materials

DONATING USED BOOKS, AUDIOBOOKS, CDS AND DVDS TO THE LIBRARY
The Prince William Public Library System accepts donations of current books, audiobooks, music CDs and DVDs that are in good condition. Most donations are not added to the Library System's collection and are given to the Friends of the Library to be sold through annual and ongoing book sales. Exceptions are items relating to local history and genealogy.

You may take your donations to any full-service library during operating hours — 10-9 Monday thru Thursday, 10-5 Saturday, 12-5 Sunday. Central, Haymarket Gainesville, Montclair and Potomac Community Libraries are closed Memorial Day through Labor Day. Staff will accept your donations and provide you with a donation receipt.donateotherways.png
