The Library of Congress National Book Festival Summer Writing Contest for students entering grades 5 and 6 (as of fall 2018).

2018 TEENS' TOP TEN NOMINEES
Read from the nominated list throughout the summer and get ready to vote for the national Teens' Top Ten.  Voting takes place from August 15, 2018 through Teen Read Week (October 7—13).  The ten nominees that receive the most votes will be named the official 2018 Teens' Top Ten.
