Paws to Read!
June 16 - August 16  
Paws to read some great books this summer with Summer Reading! Sign up online now and start logging in your summer reads beginning June 16. Adventurers (infant through entering kindergarten) can get incentives for reading 5, 15, and 25 books. Explorers (children entering grades 1–5) receive incentives for reading 5, 10, and 15 books. Then be sure to visit the library weekly to pick up your "coupon of the week!"
Wild Reads 2014
June 16 - August 16
Middle and High Schoolers (entering grades 6–12) who join Wild Reads will earn reading rewards and entries into our End-of-Summer drawing for great prizes! For every three books read (up to 9), readers will receive rewards and an entry into the drawing.
Students in the Prince William County Schools may also be eligible for extra credit for summer reading when they turn in their reading logs at the beginning of school in the fall.
A Book That Shaped Me

The contest is open to rising 5th and 6th grade students. They submit an essay (1 page) about a book that has influenced them.  For more information ...

McCoart Book Drop

​A new library book drop for your convenience has been installed at the McCoart County Complex. This book drop replaces a previous book drop that was damaged and leaking.
