The primary goal of the Benefits Office is to develop, communicate and administer a comprehensive program of high quality and cost-effective employee benefits.  The overall Benefits Program is an integral part of the County's total compensation program and is designed to attract and retain qualified employees to serve our citizens. The Benefits Program is comprised of health, dental, vision, long-term care insurance, paid leave programs, County-sponsored and optional pension and retirement savings plans, life insurance, employee assistance program and other benefits which support the health and well-being of our employees.
