Let Us Know About Your Needs
for Services and Improvements in Your Neighborhood
A few minutes of your time can help improve the quality of life in your neighborhood!
Prince William County is developing its 5-Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan for fiscal years 2016 – 2020 which includes the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. We need your input to understand the problems, identify solutions, and prioritize funding. You can help by completing the following survey.

As part of Prince William County’s commitment to ensuring fair access to housing for all residents of our county, we have contracted with Housing Opportunities Made Equal (HOME) of Virginia, Inc. to conduct an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. This report is a requirement of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of their Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
Fair access to housing is a vital part of making communities vibrant and enjoyable places to live. Moreover, fair housing is a right protected by both federal and state laws. In Virginia, all people are entitled to equal access to housing opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, and elderliness. Fair housing laws apply to any aspect of securing a place to live, including rental housing, homes for sale, housing advertising, home loans, and home insurance.
We encourage you to take the survey at the link below to provide us with valuable information regarding the state of fair housing in Prince William County. Prince William County officials need your feedback using the attached survey link. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PWCFairHousingSurvey
The survey is anonymous; responses will be summarized for the final analysis. Individual responses will not be reported in any way.
