Mannasas City Owner-Occupied Repair Program

The mission of the City of Manassas Housing Repair program is to provide financial assistance for repairs for low income homeowners in the City of Manassas that otherwise would not be able to maintain safe sanitary and accessible housing.

In order to meet the most pressing needs of the City the guidelines and priorities linked below will be followed in the repair program. Applicants will be chosen by their level of need and the areas by which they fit the priorities as determined by their initial application. The maximum amount of assistance is $5000 per household which may be increased based upon need. The assistance will be secured by a deferred deed of trust.
