The eXpress Tax system is used to manage your personal property tax records with Prince William County. You can verify your vehicles, report that you have moved, add or dispose of a vehicle, make a payment or review your payment history.
To log in, you must enter your name, social security number and address or account number. Your account number is the 8-digit number, beginning with an ‘8’ or ‘9’ that is printed above your name and address on your Verification Form or Personal Property Bill.
