Online Services: Use eXpress Tax to

  • register your vehicle
  • report that you have sold or disposed of a vehicle
  • report that you have moved
  • view your personal property tax balance and payment history
  • pay your personal property tax bill

Dog License

All dogs four months of age or older must be licensed. Licenses are good for one year and must be purchased by January 31st each year. More information on pet license requirements. 

The County recently adopted a change to the license ordinance. The fee to purchase a dog license is now $10 for all dogs. Those who bought tags in prior years automatically received application forms in the mail in November. To purchase a tag by mail, send a completed copy of the Dog License Application to:
