Land Development Division / Land and Site Development

 
The Land Development Division (LDD) is responsible for reviewing and coordinating the review of land development plans for conformance with the County's Design and Construction Standards Manual and zoning & subdivision ordinances.
 
 
Site/Subdivision Plan Review

Reviews and provides project facilitation and case management services for commercial and residential plans, including preliminary plans, sketch plans, final site and subdivision plans and plats, plan revisions, and minor, administrative, and simple subdivision plans.

Site and Subdivision Development Permits
​The issuance of a Site and Subdivision Development Permit ensures that the inspection of all land construction on the property is performed in accordance with the approved plans.
Bonds and Escrows

The posting of Performance Bonds and Escrows, supported by a form of guarantee ensures that the applicant constructs all required improvements on the project in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable standards.
