You will receive full pay and benefits upon employment and entrance to Recruit School.  Our starting salary is $45,884 per year.  

In addition to our excellent base salary and benefits, we offer:

  • An additional $5,504 per year for Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications plus hourly supplement pay
  • A language stipend of $1,500 per year for employees who are bilingual in English and Spanish (based on organizational need and language assessment)
  • Annual retention supplements from 3% to 5% dependent upon years of service
