Bonair Drive Fire Incident
August 16, 2013
On Friday, August 16th at approximately 4:00 a.m., fire and rescue units responded to
a structure fire in a single family home located in the 9500 block of Bonair Drive in Manassas.
Upon arrival, fire and rescue units observed smoke showing from the home. Firefighters located a fire in the kitchen and quickly extinguished it. The fire was contained to the kitchen.
No reported injuries.
One adult was displaced by the fire. Red Cross was called to the scene to assist the resident.
Preliminary damages are estimated at $10,000.
The fire is being investigated by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
