Summer Law Clerk Program
The County Attorney's Office strives to provide the highest level of service as efficiently as possible in accordance with the County's Vision. In that regard, we have used the services of law clerk interns for many years. The County Attorney's Office invites interested law school students to apply for its Summer Law Clerk program during the months of January through mid-March. In exchange for a small stipend or course credit, two or three Summer Law Clerks work with staff attorneys on special projects and perform legal research in a variety of areas of the law. The students provide valuable assistance and gain practical experience over the course of the summer.
If you are currently a law school student and are interested in participating in the program, please send a cover letter and resume to the County Attorney's Office, only during the months of January through mid-March, stating your interest and the dates you are available to the Prince William County Attorney's Office, One County Complex Court, Suite 240, Prince William, Virginia 22192-9201.
