Virginia Cooperative Extension is the cooperation of local, state, and federal governments in partnership with tens of thousands of citizens. With the help of the Extension Leadership Council, local extension offices design, implement and evaluate Cooperative Extension's programs. One tool used periodically to identify community needs is the Situation Analysis Survey which includes survey questions and summary data from the survey responses. In the Situation Analysis Report 2008 data is compiled, results are analyzed and local programs adapted to meet the expressed needs of the community.
