The Court Administration Division (Criminal, Civil and Courtroom Support) handles Court cases.
Circuit Court Case Information can be obtained from any computer with Internet access -- from home, office, or library or by using the Public Computers located in the Public Service Center (Room 305), the Criminal Section (Room 310), or the Civil Section (Room 314).
Notice
Effective July 13, 2009 Prince William Circuit Court will move its case management system from its own system to that of the Supreme Court Case Management System, which is used by 117 of the 120 Circuit Courts in the Commonwealth. Some information may not have converted cleanly/well. Beginning on July 13 this will be where you can view Circuit Court Case Information. Case numbers will change with the conversion. New cases filed on or after April 9, 2009 will have the new prefix followed by 09 (for 2009). Other case numbers will be converted as follows:

Caution
The hard-copy of cases scheduled on an upcoming trial docket or Friday motions docket are pulled in advance of that date and may be unavailable. If your case is being appealed on the state level, the case file will have been sent to Richmond and will be unavailable until returned to this Court. Links
