Seasonal Flu Shots

Wednesday, Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Please sign up at the Front Desk or call 703-792-5081.

It's that time of year again! We are pleased to offer seasonal flu shots at the Woodbridge Senior Center. If you would like to receive a seasonal flu shot, you must sign up in the office or call 703-792-5081.

Potomac Hospital Wellness Division is partnering with us to administer the seasonal flu shots.

Your best defense against the seasonal flu is to prevent it from happening in the first place. Plan to get your seasonal flu shot!

Daily Programs

The Woodbridge Senior Center is open weekdays for socialization, ceramics, pool, table tennis, exercise, cards and the Nutrition Program Lunch, except when there is a special scheduled program change. The center is open to individuals 55 years of age and older and their spouses (regardless of age), who live in Prince William County.

Nutrition Program Lunch

Lunch is served daily at 12 noon. Older Adults and guests must sign up for lunch no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day you wish to eat. Lunch is provided to older adults age 60 and over, with a minimum suggested donation of $1.50 for your meal. Seniors and guests under age 60 are welcome, for a minimal charge of $5.75. Please check the newsletter for the daily entrĂ©e and further information.

Transportation

The Prince William Area Agency on Aging will be implementing a pilot transportation program effective July 1.  Call 703-494-5136 for further information.

Meals on Wheels

Meals delivered to homebound older adults. Volunteers Needed!
