The Building Development Fee Schedule and the Land Plan Review and Inspections Fee Schedule have been revised as approved by the Prince William Board of County Supervisors during the FY10 budget adoption. Fee Schedule revisions are effective July 1, 2009.

The Department of Development Services (DDS) provides service to the County’s development customers through a partnership approach in order to streamline the development process. The department includes Land Development, Building Development, Project Early Assistance, and the Development Ombudsman. Please see the DDS Fact Sheet for more information.
